AfterShock Fam (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Philadelphia 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit located at 11844 Basile Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154. When you submit one of our forms (contact, volunteer, membership, or newsletter) we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, and your message.
