Welcome to AfterShock Fam. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AfterShock Fam’s Website. AfterShock Fam is based in Philadelphia, PA 19154. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of that area and ease of use for those people visiting, and our payment processor sets its own cookies on the donation form and in the shop. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Orders, Shipping & Returns
Merchandise in our shop is sold by AfterShock Fam, and proceeds support our programs. Prices are in US dollars, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within the United States. If an item arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or you would like to return or exchange something, email info@aftershockfam.org with your order number and we will make it right.
Donations
Donations are made to AfterShock Fam and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; a receipt is emailed after each gift. A recurring donation repeats on the schedule you choose until you cancel it. If you made a donation in error, email us and we will review a refund.
Memberships
A free membership has no charge. A Supporter membership is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the membership page while logged in; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your benefits continue until then.
